staq

Every supplement should have to prove itself.

I started Staq because I had a cabinet full of bottles and no idea which ones were working.

Everything told me what a supplement was supposed to do. Nothing told me what it was doing to me. Reviews were strangers. Studies were written for other researchers. And "it depends on the person" was true and completely useless.

So we built the thing I wanted: your real products in one staq, logged every day, tested against your own wearable data until the answer is measured. Sometimes the answer is that a product did nothing. That is a result too.
